What you will do
- Research and profile CEOs, CFOs, directors, and other C-suite decision-makers aligned with event themes.
- Build, maintain, and optimize targeted prospect databases using CRM systems, industry databases, and LinkedIn.
- Gather and verify market intelligence, industry trends, target markets, and geographic opportunities.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, referrals, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve event marketing effectiveness and reach.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to the effectiveness of event marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in lead generation, market research, business development, or data-driven prospecting.
- Strong analytical, research, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and comfort working in a performance-driven environment; immediate availability is preferred.
