Salary: $160,700–$241,100 USD base pay annually; bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Partner with game development studios to understand production challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish reporting frameworks and manage operating rhythms such as studio reviews and leadership forums.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and coordinate alignment across production, product, finance, and partner teams.
• Document and standardize production processes, workflows, tools, and best practices across studios.
• Develop practical frameworks and recommendations to help teams navigate ambiguity, change, and complex production challenges.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in game development or game publishing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive progress in evolving situations.
• Ability to influence through relationships rather than direct authority.

Nice to have

• Background in production, product, program management, or operations.
