What you will do

• Own the design, implementation, and A/B testing of landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Support the sales team by creating email campaigns, website content, and collateral for customer messaging.
• Execute targeted recruitment campaigns, including designing physical assets like billboards and mailers.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing on ad-hoc projects to drive company growth.
• Iterate on marketing strategies based on performance data and audience feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• 0-2 years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of audience psychology and storytelling.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively as an accelerant for work.
• Experience creating social media content that drove measurable results.
