Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; hybrid work environment. Must be a U.S. Person.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Develop and execute digital, print, email, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
• Use AI copywriting and content tools to draft and personalize campaign assets, then refine them for accuracy, tone, and brand fit.
• Create website content, blog posts, newsletters, presentations, case studies, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
• Support product go-to-market activities by collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Manage brand materials, digital assets, content libraries, agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer outreach, and marketing performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience creating content across digital and print channels.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and content creation tools.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or website content management systems, plus strong organizational and collaboration skills.

• Previous marketing experience in the technology or manufacturing industry.
