Location: Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; the role is based at the hirify.global U.S. Manufacturing Facility and includes regular work in office and production-floor areas.

hirify.global develops and manufactures commercial aircraft and helicopters, with a U.S. manufacturing facility producing A320 and A220 aircraft.

What you will do

• Set up procurement activities for facilities management, real estate, building construction, and other assigned commodities.
• Drive sourcing projects, including calls for tenders and RFP/RFI processes.
• Lead cross-divisional commodity teams and coordinate procurement activities across hirify.global divisions.
• Develop procurement plans, identify savings opportunities, and report savings through standard mechanisms.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts while monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues.
• Maintain procurement-process compliance and manage relationships with internal business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• At least 7 years of professional experience.
• PMP certification and knowledge of procurement processes.
• Experience with contract negotiations and contract management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a customer-first approach.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this U.S. position.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of facilities management services and supplier performance management.
