Client Success Leader (ISV): Managing client relationships within the ISV vertical to drive business growth, revenue, and profit performance with an accent on account development plans and strategic partnerships. Focus on scaling accounts, managing P&L, and engaging with CxO-level leadership to align services with client objectives.
Location: Must be based in the USA (WA: Seattle; CA: Southern Los Angeles/San Diego; TX: Austin/Dallas; IL: Chicago; GA: Atlanta/Alpharetta; MD: Maryland, Fulton). Work format: Remote/Office.
Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 annually

What you will do
- Drive client development and business growth for a portfolio of accounts within the ISV vertical.
- Develop and execute account strategies and long-term strategic objectives in partnership with clients.
- Manage client-level P&L, ensuring revenue targets and profitability are met.
- Establish strategic relationships and joint development plans with external partners such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, and NVIDIA.
- Engage with CxOs and line-of-business leadership to align services with their critical priorities.
- Build and lead high-performing account teams through active mentoring and coaching.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the IT industry, including P&L management.
- 3+ years of client-facing leadership experience in software or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing strategies for client growth and account development plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior-level clients.
- Master’s degree in IT, Management, Business, or a related field.
- Must be based in the USA.
