What you will do

• Lead and manage software engineering teams across investor-facing web and mobile product teams.
• Oversee delivery of software projects, development tools, standards, pre-production environments, and application support.
• Guide the design of interactive web applications, microservices, REST APIs, public cloud solutions, Kafka integrations, and vendor API integrations.
• Partner with product, design, architecture, and agile leaders to establish scalable technical patterns and consistent engineering practices.
• Drive AI-assisted software development, AI capabilities for the Account View platform, and engineering transformation.
• Manage delivery risks involving cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, resources, timelines, and quality.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of full-stack development experience with interactive web applications, microservices, cloud solutions, REST APIs, Kafka, and vendor APIs.
• 15+ years of experience with .NET, Angular, JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, AWS, Git, Visual Studio, or related front-end technologies.
• 10+ years in a manager or technical lead capacity, guiding development toward successful delivery and application support.
• 5+ years in a solution architect capacity, designing and implementing complex systems from scratch.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery skills.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications.
• Financial-industry experience, particularly in wealth and asset management.
• Experience integrating machine learning, predictive analytics, automation, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience establishing AI governance for data privacy, model governance, and regulatory compliance.
