FP&A Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Drive visibility into business performance through OPEX budgeting, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Review functional costs and projects with cost center owners and lead monthly headcount forecast calls.
• Prepare business cases for R&D and capital expenditure investments to support strategic decisions.
• Analyse pricing, product mix, standard margins, and the sales funnel to identify growth and margin expansion opportunities.
• Review inventory reserves and collaborate with commercial and product management teams to reduce excess and obsolescence.
• Respond to ad-hoc business requests and manage small projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive financial analysis and controlling experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems, including Power BI and OneStream.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to process complex data, and excellent organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks, work independently, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
