What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for the CEE region.
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Translate strategic objectives into KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Support decisions through business cases and scenario analyses.
• Monitor and optimize costs and net working capital.
• Partner with regional leadership, country management teams, and finance colleagues to drive performance improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2–5 years of experience in business controlling or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; Cognos knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders in an international environment.
