What you will do
- Define client technology strategies and align them with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation programmes from strategy through execution and integration with business processes.
- Advise senior executives on technology trends, digital innovation, and organisational change.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, governance, programme mobilisation, timelines, and scope.
- Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams.
- Contribute to innovation, thought leadership, proposals, and business development.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in senior technology roles focused on technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise technology architecture.
- Experience delivering technology transformations for large organisations in a consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in technology leadership, strategic planning, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Experience managing diverse teams and engaging with C-suite executives.
- Academic qualifications in information technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, pharmaceutical, energy, government, or technology industries.
- TOGAF or ITIL certification.
