Sales Engineer (Electrical & Electronic)

What you will do

• Develop new business and grow customer accounts across electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, and industrial sectors.
• Promote electrical and electronics testing solutions by assessing customer quality, regulatory, and product compliance requirements.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
• Build customer relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and maintain an active sales pipeline in CRM.
• Prepare proposals and tender submissions while monitoring market, industry, and competitor developments.
• Collaborate with technical and laboratory teams to deliver suitable testing solutions and customer support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, chemistry, electronics, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and willing to travel for customer visits.

Nice to have

• Experience selling testing services, scientific or laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, test and measurement solutions, or engineering services.
• Experience serving electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, or industrial customers.
