What you will do

• Provide technical support for new product introduction and product transfer activities.
• Interpret specifications, review documentation, disposition non-conforming materials, and train teams on inspection measuring equipment.
• Plan inspection and testing requirements for incoming piece-parts.
• Analyze inspection and test data, report supplier quality performance, and follow up on quality issues.
• Lead sourcing of substitute and alternative materials to improve quality, supply assurance, and cost efficiency.
• Support manufacturing in resolving material-related issues and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Engineering Sciences.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
• Resourcefulness, attention to detail, sound analytical skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to switch roles, responsibilities, and tasks when needed.
• Ability to work under aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
