Associate Analyst, Corporate Actions - Specialized Service Team (Finance): Supporting advisor-facing corporate actions operations and resolving complex inquiries across reorganizations, dividends, ESOPs, restricted securities, cash sweeps, and securities-based lending with an accent on client service, operational accuracy, and compliance. Focus on researching high-risk events, educating clients on corporate action technology, processing operational requests, and delivering timely resolutions under competing priorities.

Location: Tempe, United States

Salary: $24.71–$41.15 per hour

What you will do

  • Support the department phone queue and team mailboxes, communicating with financial advisors, professionals, and internal colleagues.
  • Research complex corporate actions inquiries, set expectations, and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on reorganizations, dividends, ESOPs, restricted securities, cash sweeps, and securities-based lending.
  • Educate clients on corporate action technology and provide accurate information about high-risk events.
  • Complete data entry and request-processing tasks while following operational, compliance, and risk procedures.
  • Participate in training and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of financial or brokerage industry experience, preferably in operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with advisors, internal and external parties, vendors, and management.
  • Ability to follow compliance and risk procedures and maintain focus on investors’ best interests.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 99, or Series 7 license.
