Trading Operations Associate (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, or Austin, Texas

Salary: $24.04–$28.85 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor and assist with the successful execution of ETF trades for institutional retirement clients.
• Support trading across mutual funds, equities, ETFs, alternative investments, and non-registered securities.
• Coordinate with fund companies on trading agreements, contract amendments, security master maintenance, and special handling events.
• Execute independent operational processes while collaborating with clients, management, and business partners.
• Research and resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve daily processes.
• Learn additional functions across the Specialized Trading Operations team and contribute to departmental projects.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn, process information, and identify improvements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, including research and issue resolution.
• Interest in financial services, financial markets, and retirement operations.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
