Operations Analyst Senior (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Execute routine and complex transactions and processes across specialized products or functional areas.
• Identify exceptions, escalate complex transactions, and coordinate with internal service partners and external customers.
• Verify that materials and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with established procedures.
• Provide consultation and advice while reviewing processes and recommending improvements.
• Support process improvement projects, risk mitigation activities, and training and onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

• Typically, 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
