Senior HR Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders across assigned departments as a strategic HRBP advisor.
• Guide organizational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent deployment, and scale decisions.
• Diagnose systemic issues affecting performance, engagement, delivery, and business growth using people, business, and operational data.
• Coach leaders through organizational complexity, ambiguity, change, and complex employee-relations situations.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesis, leader preparation, workflow design, and decision support.
• Mentor HRBPs and strengthen the function through practical standards, frameworks, and operating rhythms.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English is required; English is the working language.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP and organizational consulting experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth or fast-changing organizations.
• Strong organizational consulting, coaching, change-management, and employee-relations judgment.
• Ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes and turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated daily and responsible fluency with AI is a core requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, cloud, technology, or professional services.
• Experience supporting globally distributed and matrixed organizations.
• Experience building scalable people programs, organizational frameworks, or HRBP capabilities.
• Experience with different AI tools; Claude Certified Associate - Foundations is a plus.
• Familiarity with service-delivery models and their workforce implications.
