Head of Content (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Irvine, California, with a secondary location in San Jose, California; onsite office role

Salary: $145,100–$193,500 per year

What you will do

• Own corporate content strategy, editorial roadmaps, shared calendars, and content operating models.
• Develop, write, edit, and publish content for blogs, websites, social media, executive communications, customer stories, presentations, and thought leadership platforms.
• Lead YouTube and B2B video strategy, including scripted series, product explainers, executive interviews, and event content.
• Partner with engineering, research, product marketing, communications, and executive teams to create technically accurate content.
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, production partners, content budgets, and scalable production resources.
• Define content KPIs, apply SEO and analytics, govern editorial standards, and improve content reach, engagement, and discoverability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, journalism, corporate communications, or editorial roles within the technology industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills demonstrated through a high-quality content portfolio.
• Experience independently developing original content from concept through publication and translating complex technical subjects into clear narratives.
• Experience leading cross-functional content planning and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and executing B2B YouTube or video content strategy, including scripting, series development, and channel growth.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical subject matter experts and senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, data storage, semiconductors, or related B2B technology industries.
• Experience with executive thought leadership, corporate storytelling, multimedia content, SEO, content analytics, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of emerging trends in AI, cloud, and data infrastructure markets.
