Salary: $115,600–$192,600 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise data warehouse solutions using Snowflake and AWS.
  • Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data integrations, and transformation frameworks for Finance, Reporting, Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
  • Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and review complex SQL queries, data models, and warehouse structures.
  • Design cloud-native data solutions using AWS S3, Glue, Lambda, MWAA, and Redshift.
  • Establish data quality, governance, security, monitoring, deployment, testing, and operational excellence practices.
  • Lead technical design discussions, mentor data engineers and technical analysts, and partner with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, analytics engineering, data architecture, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise data warehouses using Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Advanced SQL development experience, including query optimization, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data validation.
  • Experience designing and supporting scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with AWS, DBT, Python, and modern data transformation frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise data warehouse architecture, dimensional modeling, data governance, data quality, metadata, security, and Agile delivery.

Nice to have

  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Informatica PowerCenter, Apache Airflow, Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.
  • AWS or Snowflake SnowPro certification.
  • Experience with cloud migration, platform modernization, M&A integration, and large-scale reporting and analytics environments.
