Project Estimator

Location: Hybrid work schedule; occasional early or late hours may be required to support collaboration across multiple time zones.

Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour, plus eligibility for a quarterly performance-based commission.

What you will do

• Prepare accurate, timely, competitive quotes based on customer needs, floor plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage the full quote lifecycle from initial request through revisions, approvals, and order conversion.
• Process orders, maintain CRM records, obtain shipping quotes, coordinate shipping dates, and troubleshoot shipment issues.
• Support sales teams, channel partners, dealers, and representatives with quote requests, order entry, account setup, proposals, and bid responses.
• Coordinate customers, sales, manufacturing, and finance to ensure successful order execution from quote to delivery.
• Track open quotes, follow up on opportunities, and escalate pricing exceptions or complex configurations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in quoting, estimating, sales operations, or customer-facing coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is required.
• Ability to interpret floor plans, space planning documents, technical drawings, and customer specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills; experience with order management or ERP systems is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with pricing tools, product configurators, or similar quoting software.
• Experience with order management or ERP systems.
