(USA) Senior Manager, Process Improvement (AI Upscaling)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 814 Respect Dr.

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multiple business plans, process improvement programs, and global projects from planning and piloting through implementation.
• Analyze operational data, performance baselines, gaps, and opportunities to redesign processes and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop operational strategies, controls, tools, guidelines, and rollout plans that support simple, executable, and sustainable processes.
• Lead transformational change initiatives by assessing readiness, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving adoption across business units.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and executives to align solutions, communicate changes, and secure buy-in.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop associates while establishing performance expectations and fostering a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring Six Sigma projects.
• Ability to conduct modeling and statistical analyses and translate technical solutions into business solutions.
• Experience with process improvement, change management, project execution, and cross-functional stakeholder influence.
• Ability to lead projects across multiple countries and apply business-area best practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, or Supply Chain.
