Associate Digital Innovation Project Manager (AI)

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas, United States; 90% onsite. The role requires 10% domestic and international travel and the ability to travel independently on short notice.

What you will do

• Define operational needs and lead the planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and measurement of digital innovation projects.
• Deploy AI, analytics, and IoT use cases in collaboration with digital, data science, machine learning, and engineering teams.
• Translate business challenges and requirements into project objectives and actionable technical specifications.
• Coordinate model industrialization, deployment, monitoring, governance, and portfolio reporting.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure business impact and continuous improvement.
• Build digital culture through training curricula, technology showcases, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading digital, innovation, or transformation initiatives in a complex industrial organization.
• Knowledge of IT and digital technologies, including their business applications and benefits.
• Strong organization, autonomy, reporting, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Google Suite proficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, digital transformation experience, and data-driven strategy development.
• Continuous process improvement, change management, and PMP certification.
• Exposure to MES, PLM, engineering, outsourcing, systems integration, cloud, analytics, or BPO solutions.
• French or German language skills.
