Senior Associate, Multilingual Process Management

Location: Deerfield, IL; salary ranges are also listed for Richmond, VA; New York, NY; Riverwoods, IL; and McLean, VA.

Salary: $80,800–$92,200 annual base salary for Riverwoods, IL and Richmond, VA; other location-based ranges may apply. Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee the consistent delivery of high-quality translation services across the organization.
• Apply standardized translation processes, tools, and quality practices across projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and output.
• Communicate project status, best practices, and system updates with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout project execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in translation project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in business process, project, relationship, or risk management.
• At least 2 years of experience using Computer-Assisted Translation tools.
• At least 2 years of experience with emerging translation and interpretation technologies.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and relevant Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, BPM, or PMP certification.
• Experience in legal, banking, or business services sectors.
• Knowledge of InDesign, Figma, or Illustrator.
• Professional proficiency in one or more foreign languages, such as Spanish, French, Chinese, or Japanese.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and an interest in translation trends.
