Inventory Coordinator II (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States. Candidates seeking to work in US offices must meet applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements.

Hourly pay range: $21–$27 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Receive incoming goods on a FIFO basis and follow standard operating procedures.
• Deliver components and production kits accurately and on time according to production and transfer-order priorities.
• Maintain Kanban material supply to the shop floor and manage raw-material movements and replenishment.
• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain stock-point accuracy.
• Ensure ERP records accurately reflect inventory movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Support inventory management activities for Electron and Neutron rocket production.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Knowledge of MRP or ERP systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Beach, California.
• For US office roles, eligibility to access ITAR-regulated technology or ability to obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience tracking serial-controlled and lot-controlled materials.
• Experience in high-paced, rapid-growth environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
