Sr. Manager, RCM (Urology)

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle management operations for the urology practice specialty.
• Manage pre-billing, EDI, and accounts receivable teams, including hiring, performance management, and staffing capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows with other RCM leaders and practice stakeholders.
• Analyze denial root causes, identify upstream process gaps, and drive corrective actions to reduce revenue leakage.
• Collaborate with practice staff, operational leadership, RCM teams, and vendor partners to improve billing and collections performance.
• Act as the subject matter expert for urology RCM operations, compliant workflows, and revenue improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in RCM operations, including 2+ years in the urology practice specialty.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, including global teams and vendor partners.
• Deep understanding of revenue cycle workflows and healthcare compliance.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based training for onboarding, workflow changes, and system updates.
• Ability to define, track, and interpret operational and revenue cycle metrics, conduct audits and root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
