Product Designer

Location: United States; East Coast, remote. Collaboration spans US and European time zones.

What you will do

• Own established product lines end to end by diagnosing, redesigning, iterating, and shipping improvements.
• Translate conversational briefs into thoughtful product experiences and clear design solutions.
• Design intentional experiences across sparse and dense data states, mobile and desktop, embedded and standalone contexts.
• Build interactive prototypes that communicate product behavior clearly to engineers.
• Work within the evolving design system, reusing established patterns and proposing new components when needed.
• Run lightweight user sessions and incorporate findings into prototypes and shipped improvements.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating range across more than one industry or product type and the ability to work in unfamiliar domains.
• Experience working in startup environments with changing priorities.
• Strong product-design craft, including components, variants, responsive layouts, prototyping, and visual detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity, resilience to feedback, and the ability to form and validate a point of view.
• Clear, direct communication and effective asynchronous collaboration across US and European time zones.
