What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through offer and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates for technical roles across engineering, product, data, and other functions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage multiple open roles while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring decisions and recruitment processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing passive candidates.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, including engineering, product, and data positions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and sourcing platforms, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
