Senior Production Manager – Studio Operations (Game Development)

Base pay range: $160,700–$241,100 USD annually. The role may also be eligible for a bonus package.

What you will do

• Partner with game development studios to understand production challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve reporting frameworks, data accuracy, leadership visibility, and operating rhythms.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and align production, product, finance, and partner teams.
• Document and standardize production processes, workflows, tools, and best practices across studios.
• Develop practical frameworks and recommendations to help teams navigate ambiguity, change, and complex production challenges.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in game development or game publishing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive progress through influence rather than authority.
• Experience or background in production, product, program management, or operations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting leadership decision-making or executive operating rhythms.
