Producer (MONOPOLY GO!)

Location: Hybrid in the Culver City, California studio hub, or remote within the United States or Canada

Annual salary: $91,300–$140,000 USD for candidates in California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Washington. Additional equity, bonuses, and benefits may be available.

What you will do

• Work within a feature pod to deliver polished, innovative, and well-tested game features.
• Support live game incidents, including on-call hours.
• Own the end-to-end development pipeline and production process for the assigned feature team.
• Coordinate, prioritize, moderate, and control production activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Support Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate communication across departments.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that strengthen feature development and the overall production pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience in mobile game production.
• Ability to adapt quickly and complete tasks as priorities change.
• Strong facilitation, organization, and planning skills for cross-team discussions.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain complex business situations to varied audiences.
• Understanding of Agile practices and the full software development life cycle.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and a strong passion for creating high-quality games.
