Commercial Product Manager (Gene Editing)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; the role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and requires up to 30% international travel.

Annual salary: $116,000–$125,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead commercialization and lifecycle management for gene editing therapeutics products and custom manufacturing services.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality to launch products and develop messaging, value propositions, marketing plans, collateral, and training tools.
• Develop pricing and commercial plans to achieve annual order, revenue, and margin objectives.
• Manage mid-to-late-stage product growth, optimization, and end-of-life strategies.
• Enable commercial teams through sales training, funnel development, key-account support, and client discussions.
• Analyze markets, regulatory trends, and competitors to create product forecasts and identify portfolio opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced scientific degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of client-facing product management or sales experience, including at least 3 years in product management within life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience managing products in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment.
• Demonstrated success launching and sustaining products.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
