PM Support for Aerostructures (Aerospace)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model with onsite and offsite work

hirify.global develops aerospace products and services, with this role based within hirify.global Portugal and supporting Aerostructures projects.

What you will do

• Support the delivery of Transfer of Work projects and coordinate defined subprojects or work packages.
• Plan projects, prepare project profiles, agree service levels, and coordinate project interfaces and focal points.
• Coordinate supplier service levels and support bid management.
• Develop process, production, technology, procedural, and IT concepts, including cost evaluations and rough specifications.
• Launch and accompany process, procedural, material, and technology qualifications and integrate project content into existing production flows.
• Track deadlines, engineering, costs, and quality; conduct progress meetings and prepare reports, analyses, summaries, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Degree or bachelor’s qualification in business administration or engineering, or several years of relevant professional experience in consulting, project management, or a comparable field.
• Experience leading various projects.
• Resilience, assertiveness, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Business-fluent English required.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with G Suite.
