Equipment Delivery Project Engineer (Capital Projects)

What you will do

• Support planning and reporting for equipment delivery workstreams across capital projects.
• Maintain equipment registers, package trackers, supplier progress records, documentation trackers, risk registers, and project records.
• Prepare weekly status updates, action logs, risk and issue summaries, escalation inputs, and reporting materials.
• Track procurement readiness, supplier acknowledgements, design submittals, fabrication milestones, Factory Acceptance Testing, shipping, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, Project Management, CQV, suppliers, digital partners, and analytics teams.
• Support equipment package closeout by documenting lessons learned, supplier performance, documentation gaps, schedule changes, cost signals, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 1 year, master's degree and 2 years, bachelor's degree and 4 years, associate's degree and 6 years, or high school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include project controls, source-to-pay, procurement, finance, engineering, capital projects, or related project execution work.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Strong coordination, analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to validate information, follow up on actions, escalate risks and blockers, and maintain accurate, compliant, traceable, audit-ready documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with capital project delivery, equipment delivery, supplier management, project trackers, dashboards, risk registers, and reporting.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, project management tools, reporting tools, automation solutions, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Relevant certification in project management, procurement, supply chain, finance, process improvement, or a related field.
