Lead Implementation Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new institutional clients onto the Clearwater platform.
• Configure tailored solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting requirements.
• Deliver client training and provide ongoing implementation guidance, issue resolution, and transparent stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with production and internal teams on data migration, interfaces, trading workflows, and P&L and accounting issues.
• Align client objectives with project plans, monitor milestones, and proactively identify and escalate risks.
• Coach and mentor more junior team members while communicating the platform’s value to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Degree in financial markets, accounting, economics, audit, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Knowledge of securities and financial markets, with experience in investment operations, investment accounting, financial reporting, middle office, or back office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Confidence communicating with clients and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to derivatives, fixed income, structured products, or alternative investments.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
