Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Plan and execute branch priorities to drive performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and financial well-being.
• Lead branded sales processes, grow consumer and business household relationships, and develop community partnerships.
• Coach the team to deliver differentiated, technology-enabled customer experiences and resolve customer issues.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, compliance, and sales-practice risks.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of additional background checks required by applicable banking regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
