Manager Branch II (Banking)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, US; in-office branch presence with a hybrid sales arrangement

Starting base salary: $87,027–$138,965 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Manage the overall success and daily operations of the assigned branch.
• Manage personal and business client portfolios, acquire new relationships, and deepen existing ones.
• Lead, coach, recruit, train, and develop branch colleagues while supporting talent retention.
• Drive sales, lending, referrals, deposits, fee income, and small-business growth.
• Maintain strong risk management, credit quality, compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
• Collaborate with senior management, product specialists, and other divisions on market strategy and client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge, including knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• At least 5 years of branch management or supervisory experience in a branch environment.
• At least 5 years of lending and business development experience.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act or be eligible for registration, and must be registered or licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Deep knowledge of personal and small-business banking products, financial statements, tax returns, regulatory requirements, and servicing processes.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
