Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the hirify.global Digital Banking Center at Slippery Rock University. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales performance, daily operations, staff, and facilities.
• Generate new customer relationships through sales leads, outbound calling, and community engagement.
• Coach the branch team on sales strategies, customer service, and financial goal achievement.
• Process loan requests, solicit new accounts, and manage the lifecycle of customer relationships.
• Maintain data quality using approved branch technology and digital banking products.
• Ensure operational integrity and adherence to audit, compliance, security, and risk management requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; a BA or BS is preferred.
• At least 3 years of related professional experience.
• Excellent management, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software, including basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier preferred and required for the position.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is unavailable.

• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures.
• Experience in a related banking position.
