What you will do
- Oversee assigned branch offices and take responsibility for market sales, referral goals, operating efficiency, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead market and business development activities, create calling and marketing plans, attend community activities, and develop business relationships.
- Develop and solicit mortgage, consumer, direct, and home equity loans; support complex lending cases, approve loan requests, and oversee loan closings.
- Drive deposit growth, product cross-selling, and customer referrals while coaching branch managers on banking products and service standards.
- Manage branch personnel, hiring input, staff development, facilities, regional budgets, performance plans, and expense controls.
- Implement compliance policies, provide regulatory training, support examinations, and manage daily business risks.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree.
- At least 5 years of experience, including branch management experience and 7 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of lending, banking policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Excellent management, communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and job-related software.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier; the identifier will be required.
- Experience in community and civic activities.
