Location: Prairieville, Louisiana; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Manage the branch’s sales, service, operations, financial performance, and security controls.
- Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
- Acquire new consumer and business customers, make referrals, and lead business development and calling programs.
- Build internal, business, and community partnerships in the local market.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and colleague development for the branch.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfort using mobile services, online banking tools, and other technology.
- Ability to understand and lead branch and digital-channel sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
- Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations; applicants must already have US work authorization.

- Bachelor’s degree and previous management experience.
- Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
- Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
