(USA) Operations Manager - Floor (Consolidation)

Location: Onsite at 1625 Heilmandale Road, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, United States

Annual salary: $84,000–$126,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock or regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Drive the business plan for the assigned area to achieve production, quality, safety, and facility goals.
• Forecast staffing needs, workload, and performance results to meet operational demand.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment and collaboration.
• Supervise associates and leaders, provide feedback, support development, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus at least one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; or three years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing workload and participating in employee hiring and promotion across multiple departments or areas.
• Alternatively, one year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager with responsibility for associates, workload, hiring, and promotion.
• Onsite work at the Lebanon, Pennsylvania facility is required.

Nice to have

• Financial modeling and analysis, workforce issue management, modeling and forecasting, budgeting, or P&L accountability.
• Experience supervising associates or working as a Walmart Logistics Manager.
• Education in business, finance, logistics, management, or operations management.
