Test Engineer 1 - Exmark

Location: Beatrice, Nebraska, United States; typically onsite

Salary: $72,200–$90,000 annual pay range

What you will do

• Develop, organize, and direct field and laboratory testing for prototype, production equipment, and components.
• Evaluate performance, durability, concepts, product designs, weak areas, and potential latent safety defects.
• Design and direct construction of test fixtures and procedures that simulate field use.
• Analyze, document, and report test results and recommendations to design engineering and management.
• Coordinate prototype builds with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production.
• Plan production validation with Quality Engineering and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• Engineer I: 0–2 years of related experience; Engineer II: 2–4 years of related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship and future sponsorship takeover are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with safety standards.
• CAD experience.
• Data analysis experience.
