Financial Analyst - Global Revenue Operations (Payments)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Foster City, California office; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $104,900–$163,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support global and North America pricing approvals, governance, documentation, and controls.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Strategy, Product, and IT stakeholders on contract reviews, pricing implementation, fee guide updates, and process alignment.
• Set up and maintain pricing configurations across revenue and billing systems.
• Develop data models for manual billing processes and long-term automation initiatives.
• Research and resolve billing, pricing, and contract inquiries while preparing financial, operational, management, and revenue reporting.
• Perform pricing and revenue analysis, validate client reporting, monitor compliance, interpret hirify.globalNet rules, and use Generative AI and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and controls.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business judgment, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the Foster City office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with Generative AI or productivity tools for efficiency and task automation.
• Experience with large datasets, Excel VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Payments industry experience.
