Financial Analyst, Global Revenue Operations

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid schedule with office work 4 days a week and remote work 1 day a week

Salary: USD 80,000–150,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits

What you will do

• Calculate and account for management fees, including base and performance fees for complex hedge fund and private market structures.
• Perform monthly close activities, including revenue accruals, cash collection, and reconciliations.
• Maintain client profiles and fee schedules in revenue systems and resolve discrepancies across RevPort, reporting tools, and data tables.
• Support revenue reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, audit, tax, and regulatory deliverables.
• Build, validate, maintain, and enhance performance fee models and analyze underlying revenue drivers.
• Use Power Query, Tableau Prep, and AI tools to improve data transformation, validation, extraction, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Experience building performance models, including revenue forecasting, fee modeling, or scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and system enhancements.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, data visualization, workflow tools, and emerging AI tools.
