What you will do

• Support branch customer experience through teller operations, sales, servicing, and digital banking engagement.
• Hold customer appointments and assist walk-in customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Process transactions, open accounts, support loan origination, review overdrafts, and resolve customer complaints.
• Travel between branches within the designated area to support branch staff and operational needs.
• Apply AML, BSA, KYC, fraud prevention, internal control, and regulatory procedures.
• Document customer interactions and appointments accurately in the appropriate systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to travel easily between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations and work under critical time constraints in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, use hands and fingers continuously, lift objects weighing 5–30 pounds, read fine print, and work face-to-face with customers.
