Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float (Banking)

Location: Bellmore, NY 11710; travels between assigned branches

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Provide prompt, professional financial services and resolve account questions, problems, and complaints.
• Explain banking products and educate clients on solutions aligned with their financial needs.
• Build client relationships, support retention, and introduce clients to mortgage and business banking partners.
• Support growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Conduct client outreach, set and complete appointments, and identify unmet needs.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience, including experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to travel between assigned branches.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
