Customer Experience Banker - Brooklyn Park, MN (Banking)

Location: Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Compensation: $22.00–$23.00 hourly.

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient transactions and issue resolution.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about bank products, services, mobile services, and online banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and support business and consumer banking needs.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service experience or qualifying military service, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service, communication, presentation, relationship management, and sales capabilities.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to understand and explain consumer deposit and lending products.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling skills.
• Comfort using mobile and online banking services.
