Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Xenia, Ohio, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operational, security, risk, and regulatory activities for the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving budgeted production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships through referrals and banking solutions.
• Drive business development through community involvement, customer acquisition, calling programs, and internal partnerships.
• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and motivate colleagues while ensuring the branch is appropriately staffed.
• Monitor branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, and process management.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, coaching, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking tools, and other technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
