What you will do

  • Lead Core Service execution, priorities, operating expectations, and measurable outcomes for advisor service.
  • Manage and develop AVPs, Managers, and more than 100 Financial Service Professionals.
  • Oversee transactional support including money movement, new accounts, account transfers, and related advisor service needs.
  • Use service-level, call-center, quality, productivity, and client experience data to improve performance.
  • Partner with Client Success, Workforce Management, Product, Technology, Learning and Development, and other enterprise teams.
  • Lead process redesign, technology enablement, workforce capability development, and adoption of new operating practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of contact center experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience leading high-volume service organizations supporting financial advisors, wealth management professionals, or sophisticated client segments.
  • At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including leading leaders and developing high-performing teams.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 required.
  • Experience using data, operating routines, and continuous improvement practices to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Executive communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
