Distribution Planner - Non-Apparel (Retail)

Salary: $64,200–$79,600 per year, plus potential bonus

What you will do

• Support the creation, management, and execution of sales and inventory plans across departments, categories, and items.
• Provide data and recommendations for department- and class-level financial plans and allocation strategies.
• Develop and execute packing, pre-pack, size-balancing, and inventory-balancing strategies.
• Manage in-season plans, initial inventory releases, receipt accuracy, store-level exceptions, new-store allocations, and price strategies.
• Execute allocation and replenishment of basics using demand forecasting and management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of distribution planning or related analytical experience.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
• Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information.
• Proficiency in retail math and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn technical applications quickly.
