Location: Main campus in Stephenville, Texas; onsite position with travel between university simulation sites required. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, or as work requirements indicate; work outside normal business hours may be required.
Salary: $59,370–$65,307 annual base salary, commensurate with experience and potentially negotiable.

What you will do
- Prepare simulation rooms, equipment, materials, props, and clinical learning environments for scheduled activities.
- Operate mannequins, control systems, and related simulation tools during skills training and live scenarios.
- Support faculty and facilitators during simulations, student debriefings, and standardized patient encounters.
- Set up and support digital audio/video recording, evaluations, and participant readiness information.
- Reset rooms, maintain supplies, restock equipment, and complete readiness checks between sessions.
- Identify and report equipment or technology issues and escalate advanced repairs to the appropriate team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three years of experience supporting faculty in the operation of skills assessment technologies or simulation-related programs.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and basic database applications.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Basic understanding of clinical simulation methodologies and audio/visual technologies.
- Ability to work cooperatively across multiple areas and locations and follow defined operational procedures.
