What you will do

• Oversee the acquisition, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of fleet vehicles and related equipment.
• Administer fleet maintenance, vehicle registration, subrogation, fuel card, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Negotiate and authorize fleet purchase and lease contracts and support vendor RFPs.
• Collect and analyze fleet costs, trends, and planning data to support recommendations and business decisions.
• Develop fleet policies and procedures, prepare reports with charts and graphs, and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Manage, train, coordinate, and evaluate fleet associates while supporting internal customers and vendors.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in fleet management preferred.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; a degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to analyze operational issues and develop solutions based on professional methods and business principles.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass applicable pre-employment assessments.
• Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.
