Senior Program Manager (Oracle Fusion)

What you will do

• Plan and oversee complex Oracle Fusion implementation programs and global rollouts.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with executive and functional leaders.
• Establish efficient processes across internal teams and external vendors.
• Communicate program status, performance metrics, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and maintain project documentation and tracking systems.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience.
• Professional degree such as B.Tech or MBA.
• Experience managing complex global programs involving Oracle implementations or global rollouts.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
